Role Scope

What the ambassador role actually asks for.

This is a campus-facing outreach role tied to conference visibility, student trust, and execution. The expectations need to be clear from the start.

Campus outreach

Represent NRIC clearly on your campus and drive consistent awareness around the conference.

Peer conversion

Turn general student interest into actual registrations, referrals, and serious attention.

Community presence

Keep NRIC visible inside student circles, research communities, and institutional networks.

Reliable execution

The role is for students who can follow direction, stay active, and carry outreach properly.

Program Value

Why strong students should want the role.

The ambassador track should feel useful, selective, and visible. These are the benefits the page now makes explicit.

Official ambassador designation

Selected students receive a formal conference-facing role, not an informal volunteer label.

Referral and campaign access

Ambassadors are positioned for trackable referral activity, campaign material, and outreach resources.

Early internal updates

Selected ambassadors hear about launches, pushes, and timelines before the general student audience.

Closer access to the team

The role creates direct working contact with the conference desk during the outreach cycle.

Visible leadership proof

Strong execution translates into practical leadership and communication experience you can point to.

Recognition for top performance

High-output ambassadors are positioned for stronger recognition and closer consideration for future roles.

Eligibility & Flow

Who should apply and how the intake runs.

The page now makes the application route explicit: this intake runs through a Google Form, followed by team review and direct selection outreach.
